CANCELLATION
Once the product has been processed (1x24 hours) including order verification, assembling, quality check, and packaging, we are no longer accept any cancellation of order.
However, as long as the package has not already processed, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Let us know at team@autobricks.co that you'd like to cancel your order as soon as possible within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Don't forget to include your order number and the reason why you'd like the cancel!

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you need to write in within 7 days of receipt with photo proofs of defective or damaged items.
We cannot be liable for any mishandling of the product(s) and usage. Sale or promo items cannot be refunded.
